Data Management

We offer the lowest total cost for direct mail data management services. Our state-of-the-art operations center is manned 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We provide house file management for your charitable, political and/or commercial client(s) including cage updates, house mailing output, prospect mailing output (merge/purge), reports, fire-file creation, acknowledgment/thank you program fulfillments, etc. NCOA and address standardization is performed often to keep your file(s) clean.

When it comes to duplicate name and address removal, we do something special here.  After a full USPS address standardization and NCOA has been performed on your database, we then run the names and addresses through two separate vendor de-duplication software processes and then against our own proprietary de-duplication effort.

We never charge storage or select fees (dollar, date, state, SCF, Zip tape, etc.). Our output charge is only $3.50/M (per thousand) for all output which includes merge-purge, house mailings, list rental fulfillments, etc.

Send us your latest Computer Service Bureau invoices and will let you know how much you've been overpaying. We typically charge 50-80% less than other Computer Service Bureaus.

Data Enhancements

Whether we manage your data or not, you can utilize our data enhancements such as NCOA, USPS address standardization, congressional appends, etc. Very inexpensive and only very small minimums.

Cloud Computing

The new technology buzz word of "Cloud Computing" or "Grid Computing" is basically Web-based processing, whereby you rent shared services, resources and software on servers on-demand over the Internet. Many companies such as Microsoft, Amazon and Rack Space are leaders in this area. We have chosen Amazon as our service provider of choice. We can manage your virtual servers, software, backups, load-balancing, security and more via Amazon's AWS services without the need for you to purchase your own physical servers, racks, switches, power backups etc.
